Chilz entered the market with an ambitious goal — to take a meaningful share from competitors and establish itself in the café and bakery equipment segment. The task was to stand out among tech-oriented and “premium” competitors, craft a message that felt simple and relatable to entrepreneurs, and show that Chilz understands their challenges and speaks their language.
We built the project in a workshop format together with the client, where we defined the brand’s values and gathered the audience’s pain points. That’s how the idea “Business on Chilz” was born — about cool-headed calculation and calm confidence in business.
We developed an integrated communication system based on a brand platform with clear positioning and the slogan “Business on Chilz.” The campaign was built around the atmosphere of retro Italy and warm sunset light, evoking a sense of ease and confidence in business. The visual concept included metaphorical scenes — an oasis, a resort, and desserts at rest. Additionally, we created a website and promotional materials that spoke to entrepreneurs in a simple and human tone of voice.
A website was created with a focus on simplicity and convenience for entrepreneurs. The navigation was designed so that users can easily find the right solution. The site allows visitors to use filters to quickly select equipment for their business format, build a display through an intuitive configurator, and get inspired by real-life cases — actual examples of Chilz showcases in cafés and stores. As a result, the website became not just a catalog, but a full-fledged tool that helps entrepreneurs choose, design, and visualize their future spaces.
